We have had our last week of swimming.

On Friday we learnt water safety skills.

We got to wear life jackets.

It was lots of fun.

We enjoyed our day in Wellington for the Capital E Arts Festival.

The bus ride was fun, we saw three shows and ate our lunch on the Wellington waterfront.
Thank you to the parents who came and helped us.

Our First Week of Swimming Fun

Look at the awesome new Letterland puzzle that Emily, Bella, Harry and Bryden completed together on the morning of our picnic.
We all went to the hall for the launch of Papakowhai School as an EnviroSchool.
Amanda gave the school a special sign.
It was great having the sun shine for us.
We walked with a buddy and then sat together to eat our lunch.
Next we all helped to pick up rubbish around the Lagoon to keep it a great place to enjoy.
We loved the ice-block we got too!
We all had fun on the playground and then we headed back to school.
Whew! We were feeling happy and tired by the end of our picnic day.

We Hope the Sun Shines for our Picnic Tomorrow....
